摘要
创设科学的组织学习定义分类框架,是结束组织学习定义界定歧义状态的有效手段。在对目前组织学习定义分类框架进行评述的基础上,提出了学习维度视角的组织学习定义分类框架。在该框架下,所有的组织学习定义被分成单维度组织学习定义和多维度组织学习定义两大基本类别。
To create the scientific classified framework for organizational learning definition is an effective means that ends the chaotic state on organizational learning definitions. On the basis of review of classified frameworks for organizational learning definition in the current, this paper proposed the classified framework for organizational learning definition from perspective of learning dimensions. In the framework, all organizational learning definitions are divided into two categories: Single-dimensional organizational learning definition and multi-dimensional organizational learning definition.
