摘要
在对已有文献整理和比较的基础上,结合专家访谈和案例调研的结果,归纳出3个阶段共11项生物制药产业化成功的影响因素,通过对81家生物制药企业问卷的分步多元回归分析,证实了各阶段影响因素与产业化成功之间的显著相关关系,并分析了各阶段因素对生物制药产业化成功的差异化影响。
This paper concluded 11 influencing factors of the industrialization in three phases for bio-pharmaceutical enterprises, based on literature review, experts interview and case studies. Throu stepwise multi-regression by the resuit from a survey of 81 bio-pharmaceutical enterprises, it proves that the relationship between the factors in every phase and industrialization is significant, and analyzes the diverse influence on industrialization for bio-pharmaceutical enterprises by influencing factors.
