山东省大汶河流域食管癌发病影响因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨山东省大汶河流域食管癌发病的影响因素。方法在山东省大汶河主干流域的宁阳县,采用1:1配对病例对照研究方法,对195例食管癌现患及其对照进行问卷调查。结果多因素条件Logistic回归分析结果显示,干硬饮食(OR=5.850,95%CI=1.080-31.693)、吸自制烟(OR=16.158,95%CI=2.529-103.259)、每天饮酒量〉500 ml(OR=11.513,95%CI=1.0625-124.837)、疾病家族史(OR=1.827,95%CI=1.016-3.285)及饮茶(OR=0.311,95%CI=0.148-0.652)等因素2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论大汶河流域食管癌高发不仅与环境、饮食因素有关,而且与食管癌家族史有关,应进行深入的研究并采取相应的综合性防治措施。 Objective To explore the influencing factors of esophageal cancer in the trunk basin of Dawen river, Shandong province. Methods A casecontrol study was carried out: 195 living cases of diagnosed esophageal cancer and 195 controls were matched by age and sex and surveyed by a unified inventory. Results The following items could rises the risk of esophageal cancer: hard dry diet, smoke homemade cigarettes, alcohol consumption 〉500 ml/day, relatives with tumor in history (OR = 5. 850, OR = 16.158, OR = 11. 513, OR = 1. 827, respectively). While drinking tea may have protective effect against esophageal cancer (OR = 0. 311). Conclusion The high inc;dence of esophageal cancer in the area is relative not only to the environment and dietary factors, but also to the family history of esophageal cancer.
