贵阳市老年人代谢综合征影响因素分析

Analysis on influence factors of elders' metabolic syndrome

目的探讨老年人代谢综合征（MS）的影响因素,为防治代谢综合征提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,抽取贵阳市城区老年人1508人,对老年人代谢综合征的症候群及影响因素进行多因素有序Logit回归分析。结果丧偶者的OR值为1.225,95%CI=1.005-1.492;人月均收入的OR值为1.108,95%CI=1.004-1.222;参加社会（集体）活动的OR值为0.963,95%CI=0.944-0.984。结论经常参加集体活动可改善老年人代谢综合征,婚姻状况和家庭人均月收入与老年人代谢综合征有关。

Objective To research effective factors of metabolic syndrome（MS） and to provide clue to prevent MS. Methods Using multistages sampling, we investigated 1508 eiders＇ MS. Cumulative odds model was used to passive components of MS and its effective factors. Results Elders＇ marriage status＇ OR and 95 % CI was 1. 225 （1. 005 - 1. 492）. Elders＇ earning of per month＇s OR and 95% CI was 1.108（1.004 - 1.222）. Eiders＇ taking part in social activity＇ s OR and 95 % CI was 0. 963 （0. 944 - 0. 984）. Conclusion It was benefit to less syndrome of MS for elders to take part in social activity. Elders＇ marriage status and earning was relative to MS.
