摘要
针对生产中挤压机控制系统落后、设备故障率高、产量和产品质量均不能满足要求等问题,提出挤压机改造方案,从硬件改型和控制方法改进两方面进行改造,将摇杆式驱动分配阀芯改为凸轮式驱动分配阀芯,将变频驱动应用于挤压机的速度控制,实现了对挤压速度的有效控制。改造后提高了控制精度、生产效率和产品质量,并且降低了能源消耗。
In order to solve the problems that extrusion machine is outdated, failure rate is high, and production and quality can not meet demand, this paper presents an extrusion machine reformation scheme, which is implemented in two aspects of hardware modification and control method improvement, rocker style driving distribution valve core is replaced by a cam style one, frequency conversion driving is applied in speed control of the extrusion machine, realizes effective control of the extrusion speed. After reformation, control precision, production efficiency and product quality are improved, and energy consumption is decreased.
