变频调速技术在铸锭均热炉风机系统中的应用

摘要 结合铝合金铸锭的生产实际,针对铸锭产品的质量要求和现用铸锭均热炉存在的问题,将变频调速技术引入铸锭均热炉风机系统中。通过对均热炉长时间连续运行的55 kW风机应用变频调速装置进行节能改造,在提高铸锭均火炉生产效率、保证产品质量、节电降耗、降低生产成本等方面,取得了良好的效果。 Combination of aluminum alloy ingot production practice, the article explores introduction of frequency conversion speed regulation technology to ventilator system in ingot soaking pit which is used to solve problem between ingot product quality requirements and existing ingot soaking pit. By means of the transformation that frequency conversion speed regulation equipment is adopted in the long time continuous operating 55 kW ventilator of the soaking pit, it achieves good effect in the aspects of enhancing production efficiency, ensuring product quality, decreasing energy consumption and reducing production cost.
