摘要
对钢带镀锌生产线的部分电机进行PLC控制改造,为可控硅加装保护装置,实现生产线的自动化控制,减少设备的维修量,达到节能降耗和保证设备安全运行的目的。
This paper recommends the transformation on some motors of steel belt galvanization production line with PLC, installation protection device of silicon controlled rectifier. By these measures, automation control of production line is realized, maintenance of equipment is reduced, thus energy saving and consumption reduction and safe running assurance of equipment are achieved.
