石杉碱甲治疗40例阿尔茨海默病患者的疗效分析

Evaluation of the clinic effect and the safety of Huperzine A in the treatment of Alzheimer's Disease(AD)

目的:评价石杉碱甲治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效和安全性。方法:将40例阿尔茨海默病患者分为研究组和对照组,分别给予石杉碱甲和维生素C治疗,疗程8周。使用BSSD、SCAG、ADL、TESS量表评定疗效和不良反应。结果:研究组BSSD、SCAG、ADL量表治疗前后有显著性差异,而TESS量表治疗前后无显著性差异,8周末研究组疗效显著优于对照组。结论:石杉碱甲是一种安全有效的抗痴呆药物,在改善智能和记忆功能的同时,对病人的生活能力也有一定的提高。

Objective：To evaluate the clinic effect and the safety of Huperzine A in the treatment of Alzheimer＇s Disease （AD）. Methods：40 patientsts with AD were randomly divided into research group and control group ,treated by Huperzine A and Vitamin C for 8 weeks respectively ,The clinic, effects and side effects were tested with BSSD ,SCAG, ADL and TESS before and after treatment respectively. Results： The scales of BSSD SCAG and ADL for research group were significant different before and after treatment, and there were no significant differences on TESS. Huperzine A was significant effective for AD than vitamin C after 8 - weeks treatment. Conclusions： Huperzine A is a safe and effective medicine on treating dementia; it can not only improve intelligence and memory, but also the life ability of AD patients.
