长期住院精神分裂症患者恢复期抑郁症状的现状调查

A prevalence survey of depress symptoms in the convalescence of schizophrenic patients for long-term hospitalization

目的:调查长期住院精神分裂症患者继发抑郁症状的发生率。方法:使用Hamilton抑郁量表对163例住院精神分裂症患者测评。结果:有53例HAMD≥20分,32.52%继发抑郁症状,以轻、中度抑郁为主。结论:对处于恢复期精神分裂症患者的抑郁问题应给予足够的重视,以利于减少恢复期的自杀的发生。

Objective：To investigate incidence rate of depress symptom of schizophrenic patients for long -term hospitalization. Methods： 163 cases of schizophrenic patients were assessed with Hamilton depression rating scale for depression （HAMD）. Restilts： 53 cases that accompany depress symptoms were found （Scores of HAMD ≥20）. The incidence rate of depress symptom of schizophrenic patients for long - term hospitalization was 32.52%. Most of depress symptom rating were light and midrange. Conclusions ： Clinicians should pay close attention for depress symptom in the convalescence of schizophrenic patients, and that will be beneficial to decrease the risk of convalescent suicide of schizophrenia.
