摘要
流式细胞仪(flow cytometer,FCM)是一项集激光技术、电子物理技术、光电测量技术、计算机技术以及细胞荧光化学技术、单克隆抗体技术为一体的新型高科技仪器。在医学研究领域中,流式细胞仪能够快速分析单个细胞的多种特性,它既可以定性也可以定量,适于大量标本的检测。主要介绍FCM在血液病临床与研究中的应用。
The flow cytometer（FCM）is a new type of instrument that integrates laser technique, electron physics technology, photoelectric measurement, computer technology, cell fluorescence chemical technology and monoclonal antibody technology. It can rapidly analyze various characteristics of single cells, combining the advantage of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and is applicabte to the detection of a large number of samples. This paper mainly presents the application of FCM in hematopathy in clinic and research.
