摘要
目的评价CYFRA211与TGF-β1联合检测诊断良恶性胸腔积液的意义。方法选取82例胸腔积液病人,采用酶联q免疫法检测其胸水中CYFRA211与TGF-β1水平。结果癌性胸腔积液病人胸水中CYFRA211明显高于结核性胸膜炎及肺炎患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);癌性胸腔积液病人胸水中TGF-β1明显高于结核性胸膜炎患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CYFRA211与TGF-β1联合检测对诊断癌性胸腔积液及结核性胸膜炎具有实际临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of CYFRA211 and TGF-β1 in detecting pleural effusions. Methods The levels of cytokeratin fragment 19 (CYFRA21-1) and transforming growth factor (TGF-β1) in pleural fluid were assayed in 82 patients with pleural effusions including 39 cases of malignant pleural effusion by ELISA. Results The levels of CYFRA21-1 and TGF-β1 in pleural fluid in patients with malignant pleural effusions were significantly higher than those with benign pleural effusions and tuberculous pleurisy(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Combined detection of CYFRA211 and TGF-β1 is valuable and reliable to diagnose malignant pleural effusions and tuberculous pleurisy.
