摘要
从交通影响评价的基础理论出发,论述交通影响评价的基本内容和技术流程,并通过成都市广联大厦工程项目实例,进行实证性检验和应用。研究表明,交通影响评价能够使交通规划和城市土地利用紧密结合,使城市建设健康发展,建立起能够保证国民经济可持续发展的交通环境,因此,交通影响评价在保证建设项目与城市交通协调发展中起着重要作用。
Set out from the foundation theories of the traffic impact analysis, the present paper discusses the basic contents and technique process of traffic impact analysis, and carries on the substantial evidence examination and application,based on the practical of Guanglian mansion in Chengdu. The According to our study, the traffic impact analysis can cause the transportation plan and the city land utilization close union, cause the urban construction healthy development and establish the transportation environment that can guarantee the national economy sustainable development, so traffic impact analysis has an important function in ensuring the balanced development between the project and traffic.
