儿童颅外恶性生殖细胞性肿瘤诊断治疗方案临床报告

摘要
国际上通过多中心协作的临床研究使儿童恶性生殖细胞性肿瘤（GT）诊断治疗技术有了很大的进步，长期无病生存率已达60％-90％。但我国仍比较落后，诊断完整性及治疗过程的合理性仍有较大的欠缺，较为规范的诊断治疗疗效报告极少，为此我们综合国际上著名GT协作组的相关诊断治疗经验，结合我院实际情况，采用与儿童横纹肌肉瘤（RS）相似的化疗方案治疗儿童GT。
