摘要
首先建立燃油系统管网、泵阀件、油柜、蒸汽加热器、水箱、分油机分离过程以及分油机电机电流和转速的动态数学模型;然后用C#高级语言编程实现燃油净化系统仿真逻辑控制界面,并使用实物PLC控制器对仿真分油机进行自动控制,二者以通讯方式实现互连.燃油净化仿真系统的运行结果表明,半实物仿真的设计方案准确,模型精度满足仿真要求.
Firstly, the dynamic mathematic models of fuel system pipe network, pump and valve, oil tank, steam heat exchanger, water tank, separating process, current and rotate speed of the motor are established ; secondly, simulation logic control integrace of fuel purification system is realized by C# programming language, and the simulation separator is autocontrolled by the practical PLC controller. They are connected each other by communication. The running results of fuel purification simulation system show that the design scheme of semiphysical simulation is correct and the precise of models satisfies the requests of simulation.
