摘要 论述了协同设计模式下船舶设计团队资源的构成及其组织结构,建立了基于矩阵式管理和合同网并具有学习能力的协同设计团队组织模型,在团队的组建过程中,设计资源的正确评价与选择是建立高效团队的先决条件,采用层次分析法(AHP)对要进入团队的设计人员从多个方面进行综合评价,根据评价结果择优选择,并在船舶协同设计系统中实现了应用.此方法为设计资源的选择提供了一种定量研究方法,使团队能够得到合适的设计人员,提高了团队的整体工作效率和设计能力. Discuss the construction and its organizing structure of the ship design team resource under collaborative design mode and on the basis of the matrix management and contract net, establish the organizing model of the collaborative design team possessing learning capability, in the organization process of the team, the correct evaluation and selection of the design resource is the precondition for estabtishing an efficient team, carry out the comprehensive evaluation from different aspects for the designers to join the team adopting Analytic Hierarchy Process ( AHP ) , according to the evaluation results to select optimally, this method is applied to the ship collaborative design system. And it provides a quantitative method for the selection of the design resource. It enables the team to obtain, proper designers and improves the work efficieney and the design capability of the team.
