摘要 设计了一种新型全封闭旋转式CO2压缩机.该压缩机采用中间冷却的两级压缩结构,且壳体内部压力为最终排气压力;全面测试了CO2压缩机的性能;分析了各运行参数对压缩机性能的影响.研究结果表明:压缩机容积效率基本与吸排气压比成线性关系,压缩机等熵效率在最佳压比下达到最大值,压缩机吸气过热度及二级吸气温度对压缩机效率的影响很小. A new hermetic rotary CO2 compressor was developed. The developed compressor adopts twostage compression mechanism with intermediate cooling and the pressure inside the shell is the final discharge pressure. The comprehensive performances of the developed compressor were experimentally stud- ied. The effects of operation parameters on the performance of the compressor were analyzed. The results indicate that the volumetric efficiency decreases relatively linearly with increasing pressure ratio, the isentropic efficiency reaches maxim at the optimum pressure ratio, and the superheat and second stage inlet temperature have little influence on the compressor efficiency.
