摘要
为了改善机构的受力性能,提高机构中关键部件的使用寿命,在机构中引入消极自由度,提出了消极自由度明确的几何定义,采用螺旋理论和集合论的方法,给出了消极自由度的数学描述和引入消极自由度的方法.最后,通过实例分析验证了该方法的可行性.
In order to improve the mechanical behavior and increase the life expectancy of the key mechanical components, idle degree of freedom can be introduced into the mechanism. A geometric definition of idle degree of freedom was proposed. Based on screw theory and set theory, the mathematical description of idle degree of freedom was presented. The recognizing and introducing methods of idle degree of freedom were also provided. At the end, some design examples were given to show the validity of the methods.
