摘要
针对船体曲面分段生产调度复杂且具有时空耦合特性,提出船体曲面分段建造动态空间调度方法,建立动态空间调度流程.根据船舶建造分段搭载网络计划图,确定曲面分段建造开始时间和结束时间,并利用空域思想确定船体分段在工作平台上的空间位置;考虑到系统干扰和不确定因素的存在,提出了自适应时空调整策略.最后,以上海某造船厂曲面加工车间分段制造数据为例进行了验证.结果表明,所提出的调度方法能有效地提高船舶生产效率和空间利用率.
Aiming at spatio-temporal scheduling of curved block production, dynamic spatial scheduling was proposed for curved block in shipbuilding. The flow process of spatial scheduling is built to identify the early time and last time of block construction, and the spatial layout of curved block in work plate is given based on empty place. Self-adpative adjustment strategies are presented to deal with many system disturbance and uncertainty elements. A case study example was provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
