气升式光生物反应器培养微藻溶氧和pH值变化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决在光生物反应器养殖微藻过程中,溶解氧和pH值2个培养工艺参数的控制问题,分别在80L、350L和900L的3种规格气升式光生物反应器中培养湛江等鞭金藻(lsochrysis zhanjiangensis),高藻细胞浓度分别达到900×10^4,700×10^4,500×10^4 cell/mL,测定其中溶氧和pH值的日变化。结果显示,在光照度4000 lx以上时,湛江等鞭金藻光合作用强,表现为反应器中藻液溶氧较高,日最高溶氧分别可达17.91mg/L、15、84mg/L和12.7mg/L。所测定的藻液日pH值均在7.00~9.16变化。 To provide reference frame for efficient cultivation of microalgae in the air-lift photobioreator. The changes of dissolved oxygen (DO) and pH of 900 × 10^4 cell/mL, 700× 10^4 celt/mL and 500 × 10^4 celt/mL Isochrysis zhanjiangensis cultivation in 80 L, 350 L and 900 L photobioreators were investigated. The photosynthesis intensity of Isochrysis zhanjiangensis was high when the light strength was above 4 000 Ix. Under three densities, 900 × 10^4 cell/mL, 700 × 10^4 cell/mL, 500 × 10^4 cell/mL, the highest DO could reach 17.91 mg/L, 15.84 mg/L, 12.7 mg/L respectively; Compared with 80 L photobioreator, 350 L and 900 L high capability photobioreators were also good for the growth of Isochrysis zhanjiangensis. The variety of pH value in each photobioreators was in 7.00 -9.16 scope.
