On the Patterns of Rural Land Expropriation Compensation

土地资源是国家垄断性资源,而目前土地资源的商品化在市场交易的实践中也逐步得到证实,这种商品化对以"公共用途"为唯一原因而启动土地征用权的土地征用程序提出了新的挑战。文章将启动土地征用权的原因归为两种不同的目的:公共用途土地征用和商业性土地征用,并对以这两种不同目的而征用土地的补偿费用的方式与标准作了相应的探讨。

Land resource is a national monopoly resource, and the current market transactions in the eommereialisation of practice have gradually confirmed that commercialization of a ＂public purpose＂for the sole reason that the right to initiate land acquisition land expropriation procedures presented new challenges. This paper will activate the right to expropriate land for two different reasons to aim： public purpose land acquisition and commercial land expropriation. These two different purposes to the expropriation of land by way of compensation costs correspondingly with the standards explored.
