With the deepening reform of higher education,fierce compitition for resources among colleges and universities is aroused because of the autonomous, compititive and open marketing economy. Local college and universities, with limited recources, must strengthen the study of talent cultivation and follow the principle of comparative superiority and niche compitition, thus form the Unique school running features and advantages of their own and expand the space of their exist and development.
