This article is for the purpose of inquiring into the China packing design innovation and intellectual property protection on the basis of analysis to the China packing design present situation and the existence question. It gives an analysis to the present condition of China packing design and its problems at present, put forward to the factors of packing design innovation, and points out a direction and orientation of packing design innovation. Finally, the paper proposes the importance of intellectual property protection of packing design.
