摘要
企业执行力关系到企业战略的执行,从而关系到企业的经营业绩。执行力的强弱是由企业内部的相关动力要素所决定的,这些动力要素主要包括领导力、激励力、协同力、凝聚力、内驱力和约束力,而每一种动力要素又受其影响因子的影响和制约。优化执行力的具体措施是提高领导者和员工素质,改进领导作风及开发员工的潜能,建立健全激励机制和约束机制,优化以执行团队建设为重点的人员与权力配置等。
Enterprise's execution has respect to strategy implementation as well as operating achievement. The degree of execution is determined by the related power essential within the enterprise,which mainly include leadership, driving forces, synergy and cohesion, sanction and inner Drive, in which every one is affected and restricted by its Impact Factors. Specific measure to optimize execution is to improve the quality of staff and leader, to make better leadership style and to develop staff's potential, institute and perfect excitation mechanism and restraining mechanism, to optimize the distribution of the authority and staff focused on team building, and so on.
