企业执行力关系到企业战略的执行,从而关系到企业的经营业绩。执行力的强弱是由企业内部的相关动力要素所决定的,这些动力要素主要包括领导力、激励力、协同力、凝聚力、内驱力和约束力,而每一种动力要素又受其影响因子的影响和制约。优化执行力的具体措施是提高领导者和员工素质,改进领导作风及开发员工的潜能,建立健全激励机制和约束机制,优化以执行团队建设为重点的人员与权力配置等。
