摘要
对六安地区青菜中常用的有机磷农药的残留采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪进行快速检测分析。分析时间通过优化色谱条件得到缩短,以选择离子方式(SIM),采用保留时间和特征离子进行定性与定量。结果表明,此方法检出限为0.01-0.06mg/kg,能满足有机磷农药多残留农残分析的要求。
For the rapid determination of organic phosphor pesticides residue in greengrocery of Liuan ,a new method by Gas chromatography/Mass spectrometry was developed. The testing time decreased by optimize the operation conditions, the selected ions model （SIM） was used, the nature and content were deter,lined by retain time and the characteristic ions. The results showed that the detection limits of organic phosphor pesticides were in the range of 0. 01 -0. 06 mg·kg^-1 .
