介绍了我国最大规模废酸再生装置的工艺特点和运行状况。装置包括废酸分解工序、气体净化工序、转化干吸工序、金属脱除-废水预处理工序、废热回收工序及DCS系统,对装置运行中存在的一些问题进行了探讨。该装置的安全、稳定运行为企业构建了"资源—产品—废物—产品"的生态产业链,也为我国废酸和硫酸铵的资源化利用开辟了一条新路。

Process feature and operation situation of the largest spent acid regeneration unit in China are introduced. The plant consists of spent acid decomposition, gas purification, conversion and drying and absorption, metal removal and wastewater pretreatment, waste heat utilization sections and DCS system. Some problems during operation are also discussed. Safe and stable operation of the plant breaks a new path for the enterprise to construct ecological industrial chain of ＂resource-product-waste-product＂ and make resourceable use of spent sulphuric acid and ammonium sulphate in China.
