摘要
北京正负电子对撞机重大改造工程(BEPCⅡ)低温超导控制系统采用EPICS-PLC系统架构控制前端低温超导设备,克服了传统PLC对大型工业设备控制在线修改控制流程困难的局限性,可随时根据用户的需求修改控制流程,改进控制逻辑,提高了控制系统的开发和运行效率。文章介绍该系统的结构、功能、联锁逻辑和流程控制等。
The control structure of EPICS and PLC is used in the cryogenic and super-conductive control system of Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC Ⅱ), which solves the problem that a pure PLC control system does not allow the user to modify the indus-trial flow on-line. It is convenient to modify control flow and improve control logic on-line according to users' requirement in the EPICS-PLC system. The system architec-ture, functionality, interlock and flow control are described.
