摘要
用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)和高效液相色谱(HPLC)建立了HT-X烟用香精香料指纹图谱。乙腈和φ(甲酸)=0.1%的水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长254nm,硝基苯为参照物,皮尔逊相关系数法计算其相似度。用UPLC在HT-X中共检测出30个化学物质,6批次样品的相似度结果在0.9992~0.9998;稀释样品相似度在0.4108~0.9705;掺杂1的相似度为0.9232,掺杂2为0.3880。用HPLC在HT-X中检测出化学物质21个,6批次样品的相似度结果在0.9976~0.9998;稀释样品相似度在0.5358~0.9977;掺杂1的相似度为0.9477,掺杂2为0.3502。结果表明:超高效液相色谱所建立的指纹图谱能够在更短的时间内、更加有效地对HT-X烟用香精香料质量稳定性进行验证,提高了工作效率,降低了分析成本,有利于实现快速、高通量检测。建立烟用香精香料指纹图谱能够控制烟用香精香料的稳定性,从而从源头保证卷烟产品的质量。
Two methods based on ultra performance liquid chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography have been developed for fingerprint spectra of tobacco flavor. The gradient elution is by acetonitrile and 0. 1% aqueous formic acid solution, the wavelength of detection is 254 nm, and the internal standard material is nitrobenzene. The similarity of six groups of samples was calculated by the method of Pearson correlation coefficient. Thirty compounds were identified by UPLC, the result of similarity is between 0. 999 2 and 0. 999 8. The similarity of dilution is between 0. 410 8 and 0. 970 5; The similarity of No. 1 adulteration is 0. 923 2, and tile similarity of No. 2 adulteration is 0. 388 0. Twenty-one compounds were identified by HPLC, the result of similarity is between 0. 997 6 and 0. 999 8. The similarity of dilution is between 0. 535 8 and 0. 997 7. The similarity of No. 1 adulteration is 0. 947 7, and the similarity of No. 2 adulteration is 0. 350 2. The results show that the method of UPLC has excellent stability for the quality control of tobacco flavor and needs only shorter analysis time than HPLC. The improved efficiency of work and the reduced cost of analysis are beneficial to rapid, high-throughput target detection. The method of UPLC is more suitable for establishment of the fingerprint spectra of tobacco flavor. Building up the fingerprint spectra can control the quality stability of tobacco flavor, so as to guaranty the quality of cigarette products from the source.
