The Value and Utilization of Tranditional Culture Resources in Contemporary Art Creation

当代艺术创作的本土化,是社会政治、经济文化的综合产物,重新审视传统文化,充分利用传统文化资源进行艺术创作,激发艺术家的想象力和创造力具有重要作用。在传统文化资源中寻求艺术表达,汲取传统文化资源,重新发掘传统文化资源的价值特点,为当代艺术创作的本土化提供更广阔的发展空间,从而建构当代艺术话语权的自觉途径,就显得意义非常。

The localization of comtemporary art creation is a synthetical outcome of the social politics, economy and culture. It has stimulated artists＇ power of imagination and creation when they carefully examine the tranditional culture again and fully apply it to their art creation. With the constant improvement of scientific technologies and the fast development of economy in China, the author has made a survey of the synthetical utilization of tranditional culture resources in the comtemporary art creation, trying to explore the valuable features of tranditional cul- ture resources, and to open a vaster space for developing localization of contemporary art creation and to constitute a conscious channel for the speech right of the contemporary art language.
