摘要
利用水溶液缓慢降温法生长了ZTS晶体,最大尺寸达28×16×14mm3;通过X射线粉末衍射实验,得到了晶体的晶胞参数和空间群;通过粉末倍频实验测定了晶体的非线性光学性质,并与KDP晶体的粉末倍频强度对比,结果表明ZTS晶体是一种优良的、能够实现相位匹配的非线性光学晶体;用紫外-可见光谱仪测量了晶体的透过光谱,在350-1400nm波长范围内透过率超过80%。
ZTS crystals have been grown from aqueous solution by slow cooling technique. The largest size of the crystals is 28 × 16 × 14mm3. The lattice parameters and the space group have been obtained by the X-ray powder diffraction. The NLO properties of the crystal have been measured by the test of powder frequency-doubling experiment, and compared with that of KDP crystal. The result shows that ZTS crystal is a good and phase-matching NLO material. The transmissibility of the crystal is not less than 80% in the wave length range 350-1400nm .
