摘要
为了得到太赫兹波在二维三角晶格光子晶体中的传播特性,研究了填充比、介电常数比、晶格常数三个主要因素对二维三角晶格完全禁带的影响。利用MATLAB软件分别优化计算得到填充比、介电常数比、晶格常数最大完全禁带,以及对应结构参数之间的关系。带隙随着填充比的变化而变化,而对于相同晶格结构,介电常数比越大,完全禁带宽度越大,晶格常数不同,禁带宽度也不同。光子晶体态密度的分布验证了存在光子带隙的范围。研究结果为太赫兹波器件的开发提供了理论依据。
In order to gain the propagation characteristics of two-dimensional triangular lattice crystal in THz range, the influence of three main factors such as packing ratio, dielectric constant photonic ratio and lattice constant on complete forbidden band of 2D lattice photonic crystal in THz range was studied. The relations among packing ratio, lattice constant, maximal complete forbidden bands for the different dielectric constant ratios and the corresponding structural parameters were obtained by optimization calculation carried out with MATLAB software, respectively. Bands gap varies with the packing ratio and lattice constant. For the same lattice structure, the larger the dielectric constant ratio is, the larger the complete forbidden band will be. The photonic band structure was also shown by the photonic density of states . This research provides theoretic basis for the development of THz devices.
