疼痛对大鼠胃、结肠CGRP、SP的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究疼痛对大鼠胃、结肠钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene related peptide,CGRP)和P物质(substance P,SP)的影响。方法动物随机分成空白对照组和疼痛模型组,左足跖皮下注射5%甲醛50μl建立大鼠疼痛模型,采用放射免疫分析法测定血浆、胃和结肠中CGRP和SP含量。结果疼痛模型组大鼠血浆中及胃、结肠CGRP和SP含量与空白对照组差别有统计学意义(p<0.01)结论大鼠左足跖皮下注射甲醛可致痛症状产生,并引起胃、结肠CGRP含量升高及SP含量下降。进而抑制大鼠胃、结肠蠕动,产生消化不良症状。
