fMRI在疼痛研究中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 随着功能磁共振(functional magnetic resonance imaging,fMRI)在疼痛相关领域研究的深入,人们在疼痛及镇痛的神经生物学方面形成了一些新的认识,fMRI将有可能明显改进疼痛的诊断与治疗,主要表现在以下三个方面:(1)fMRI用于急、慢性疼痛形成机制的研究。疼痛的生理学研究已经发现许多脑区参与了"疼痛"的解析过程,慢性疼痛研究已使人们认识了一些重要CNS脑区的作用;慢性疼痛试验模型的fMRI研究也正广泛运用于疼痛研究。(2)fMRI运用于自发性疼痛包括疼痛的安慰作用、移情作用、注意力或认识调节等过程的研究。(3)fMRI用于评价镇痛药在急、慢性痛中对大脑功能的影响。
