临床实习是医学生教育的重要一环,加强规范化实习管理是提高毕业生质量重要的措施,本文就麻醉学系实习生管理作的一些尝试作一简要介绍分析。

The clinical practice is one of the most important links in the education of medical students. Strengthening the standardized practice management is an important measure to enhance the quality of undergraduates. This paper intends to briefly introduce and analyze some attempts done by Department of Anesthesia on the management of interns.
