摘要
基于自贡硬质合金有限股份公司的压力烧结炉系统,提出使用PLC和WinCC实现系统的自动控制。论述了温度这个主要因素对烧结过程的影响。着重分析了如何利用模糊算法实现对烧结炉温度的控制,最后介绍了调试的情况。现场运行表明该系统稳定可靠。
This paper introduces the application of PLC and WinCC in the HIP-sinter stove control system of Zigong horninessalloy ltd, co. A fuzzy PID strategy is proposed for the sinter temperature control. The tuning of the controller is also discussed.
