摘要
根据数控激光切割机系统的要求,采用单片机作为下位机主控芯片,采用FIFO实现数据连续传输,使用WDM设备驱动程序等技术开发了基于windows并口的激光切割运动控制卡,并详细介绍其设计方案。该系统实现了上位PC机与下位机数据的连续传输,克服了windows非实时操作系统带来的一系列问题。
The paper presents the control system of a numerical control laser carving machine, a monolithic machine is used as the main control chip of the slave microcomputer. The system uses FIFO to achieve the consecutive data transfers.A Motion control card based on the EPP parallel port using WDM device driver is developed.The problems caused by the not real time of Windows operating system are also discussed.
