Determination of content of mitiglinide calcium and related substances by HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法对米格列奈钙原料药的含量和有关物质进行了测定,在15.5-155.4μg/mL的范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系,结果证明该方法准确、灵敏、简便。 The content and related substances of mitiglinide calcium are determined by using HPLC. The peak area is linearly related with the concentration in the range of 15.5 - 155.4 μg/mL, indicating that this method is accurate, sensitive and simple.
