摘要
从我国农村医疗保障制度的现状出发,分析我国农村医疗保障制度存在的问题及政府的角色缺位表现,并运用政府角色有限性理论,探讨我国农村医疗保障制度中政府角色的准确定位。
We analyzed the problems and government function absence in New Rural Coopertive Medical System, and explored correct role orientation of government using Theory of Limmited Government.
