摘要
以实验为依据,以化工流程模拟软件为工具,建立四氟乙烯生产工艺全流程模拟数模,并成功地应用于装置的模拟放大及优化设计,既保证设计项目的先进性与可靠性,又为业主赢得显著的经济效益、良好的社会效益和环境效益。
Based on the data obtained from experiments,set up the simulation module of the whole process for tetrafluoroethylene production by using the chemical process simulation software,and successfully apply in the simulation scaling-up and design optimization of the plant,guarantee not only the advancement and reliability of design projects,but also the owner's significant economic and favorable social or environmental benefits.
