摘要
分析研究了光电探测器响应时间的测试方法,提出了以声光调制器作光开关,利用其布喇格衍射光获得激光辐射脉冲的方法。构建的测量系统转换速度快、调制效率高、控制电压低、驱动电路简单、消光比大、体积小、稳定性好,实现了对光电二极管响应时间的测量。
Methods of measuring response time of photoelectric detectors are analyzed ,nd researched in this paper. Acousto-optic modulator was used as an optic switch, using its Bregg diffracted beam to obtain radiation pulse. The measurement system has fast conversion velocity, high modulation efficiency, low control voltage, simple drive circuit, great extinction ratio and good stability. Response time of the photodiodes was measured using this system successfully.
