摘要
以水稻南京40品种(Oryza sativa L.cv.Nanjing40)为材料,研究了外源ABA处理对Pb胁迫下水稻种子萌发的影响。研究结果表明:Pb胁迫条件下水稻种子萌发活力严重受损,且随Pb浓度的增加而加剧,其中胚根生长的抑制程度较胚芽更为显著。低浓度的外源ABA预处理能够有效恢复Pb胁迫条件下种子萌发活力的降低。提高种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和活力指数,而且胚根、胚芽生长抑制得到了缓解,根系氧化能力也得以恢复。胚芽中Pb含量的降低揭示低浓度的ABA是通过减少Pb由胚根向胚芽的输送来降低Pb毒害作用的。
The effects of exogenous ABA on seed germination and seedling growth of rice under lab stress were studied using a common cultivar Oryza sativa L cv. Nanjing40. The results show that lab stress damage the vigor of rice seed seriousely, the damage aggravate as the increasing of the Pb concentration, the length inhibition of radicle is more obviously than embryo. Low concentration of exogenous ABA pretreatment recover the vigor of rece seed significantly and improve germination rate, germination trend, germination index and vigor index, the growth inhibition of radicle and embryo also are alleviated as the recover of root oxidative activity under lab stress. Low Pb content in rice embryo suggests that low concentration of exogenous ABA alleviate Pb harm by reducing transport of lab from root to shoot.
