摘要
本文用角拘束的方法改善了15MnMoVNRE_s 钢焊接近缝区的韧性。其研究结果证明,从低温至室温角拘束态的Charpy-V 冲击功要比非拘束态的提高20%以上,该结果是由于角拘束提高了贝氏体相变的开始温度,从而使该近缝区M-A 组织的形态和精细结构发生了变化所致。
In this paper,the angle restraint method is applied to improve the we-lding HAZ toughness in 15MnMoVNREs steel.It is found that the Charpy—Vimpact energy readings of the restrained condition are increased over 20% co-mpared to those of non—restrained condition from lower temperature to roomtemperature.This is due to the fact that the restraint gives rise to the inc-rease of Bs temperature,and so the change in morphology and microstructureof the M—A constituents in welding HAZ.
