摘要
本文对焊接电子枪的放电从理论上进行了分折.并找出了放电原因,提出了改进措施。又从熔池与输入能量的关系中.改进了放电时高压电源的输出特性。从而彻底解决了放电对焊缝的影响,获得了高稳定性的优质焊缝.
In this paper,the causes of high voltage discharges in electron beam gunsare analysed and preventive measures are studied.The output characteristics ofhigh voltage power source during dicharge are improved after studying the rela-tion between energy input and molten pool,thus assuring a persistent high qual-ity electron beam weld.
