摘要
加强教师职业道德建设,培养和提高教师职业道德素质的必要性,使教师增强"既要教书又要育人"的责任感和使命感,提高教师对身教胜于言教的认识。
It is essential to improve the diathesis of occupation moral of teachers. It is argued in this article that to strength teachers＇ sense of responsibility and mission is necessary. The cognition of teaching as well as education and teaching by one＇s own example rather than by speech was advocated.
