摘要 从满足深水钻井工艺要求,适应深水油气生产需要,迎头赶上世界先进水平出发,对我国进行深水用半潜式平台的设计,提出了在总体设计方面的几点浅见。 The paper gives three fundamental principles, first is the requirements of drilling technology in deep water, second is the production demands of oil and gas in deep water, third is the way to catch up with the advanced level of the world. The paper puts forward six proposals for design of semisubmersible platform of deep water in our country upon the above concept.
