摘要
新霉素是由新霉素链霉菌产生的氨基糖苷类抗生素,主要与细菌核糖体30s亚基结合,抑制细菌合成蛋白质,且对G+、G-及结核杆菌等都具有抑制作用.不过由于对耳、肾毒性大限制了其使用.当前,新霉素作为临床上外用和少量口服以及国内外最常用的兽用抗生素之一,需求急剧增长.本文就新霉素研究现状、生物合成、检测手段及应用进行了概述.
Neomycin is one of the amino glycoside antibiotics produced by Streptomyces fradiae. It binds with bacterium ribosome 30s, then refrains the bacterium synthesizing protein. Also, neomycin could synthesize the G^+ , G^- and Bacillus tuberculosis. Now, neomycin as the externally applied agent in human clinic and one of the commonly used veterinary drugs, is rapidly increasing in requirement. The neomycin's research situation, biosynthetic pathway, detection method and application, etc. are overviewed.
