建立了设备更新问题的非线性0-1规划模型,并针对具体的实例,应用优化建模软件LIN-GO高效的求解技术,进行了模型求解,得到了正确的结果.在建模过程中,阐述了建立静态规划模型的关键技术和具体方法.处理问题的方法与思路具有一般性和推广的价值,为处理类似的优化问题提供了一个有益的思路.

A nonlinear 0--1 programming mathematical model about the problem of device updating is established. Combining with an instance, we get a correct solution of this model by LINGO which is an optimized modeling software. The key technology and specific method about how to build a static model is discussed in the process of modeling. The method to deal with problems has universality and could be extended to similar optimization problem.
