在部队农副业基地加快推进农业机械化是积极支援社会主义新农村建设的需要,也是建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会的需要。部队农副业基地要深化改革生产组织方式,坚持自主生产,推广雇工生产,试行合作生产。同时,应发挥优势,强化措施,加强农业机械化推广体系建设,以确保部队农副业生产持续稳定发展,为补助官兵生活和提高战斗力作出更大的贡献。

In the army, agricuhural mechanization of farm and sideline bases is the requirement to support the construction of socialist new villages and resource-conservative, environment-friendly society. Hence, they need reform their modes of production and organization deeply,stick to independent production, extend employee production, and try out cooperative production. At the same time, they should take their advantages, strengthen measures, and stress the construction of extension system of agricultural mechanism to guarantee the sustainable and steady development of farm and sideline production of army and to make great contribution to improve life standard of army personnel and their fighting capacity.
