机械通气在救治重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭中的应用

Clinical effect of mechanical ventilation on the cases with respiratory failure due to serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning

目的探讨机械通气在治疗重度有机磷农药中毒呼吸衰竭中的价值。方法收集9年来我院收治的因重度有机磷农药中毒引起的呼吸衰竭72例,按是否机械通气分两组进行回顾性研究,观察两组的疗效。结果机械通气组的治愈率高。结论机械通气是抢救重度有机磷农药中毒的主要措施,可显著提高抢救成功率。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of mechanical ventilation on the cases with serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods To study 72 cases with respiratory failure due to serious organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in recent nine years,who were divided into therapy group and control group according to mechanical ventilation,there resuscitation effcts were compared. Result The cure rate was higher in therapy group than that in control group. Conclusion It is the key to increase resuscitation successful rate to build mechanical ventilation.
