摘要
目的比较NVB+DDP加同期照射与单纯照射对非小细胞肺癌细胞生存率的影响;希望能为降低肺癌细胞的生存率作出探索,以便为临床放化疗同步治疗非小细胞肺癌提供实验依据。方法应用细胞培养技术,分别采用单纯照射,NVB+DDP加同期照射应用于人肺腺癌细胞GLC细胞,进行细胞存活实验。通过描绘细胞存活曲线,比较单纯照射与NP同期照射对细胞存活率的影响,分析曲线特征参数,计算增敏比。结果NVB+DDP加同期照射组与照射组相比较,放射增敏比SER>1。结论NVB+DDP化疗方案可增加GLC细胞的放射敏感性。
Objective To study how to decrease survival rate of lung cancer cell by comparing the effects of using radiation only and of using the combination of vinorelbine and Cisplatin with radiation. Method Culturing human lung cancer cell GLC to logarithmic growth phase were used for the cell survival test. After treating lung cancer GLC cells with radiation or vinorelbine and cisplatin with concurrent radiation, inculating cell for two weeks, done, survival rate and SER were calculated. The effects of two methods on cellular survival were compared with each other. Results In the cell survival test, SER was larger than one. Conclusion The resuhs shown here indicate that vinorelbine and cisplatin can raise the radiosensitivity of GLC. Sensitization enhancement ratio(SER) is 1.44.
