输电线路采用节能金具及进行金具节能改造后的效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对输电线路上可锻铸铁金具在交变电流的作用下产生磁滞和涡流损耗。从技术节能手段上研制开发出无磁钢材料,制造的节能金具经国家资质试验研究院对比试验和挂网运行半年的实际检测,节能效果良好,为能在输电线路上进行全面推广,对运行线路原铸铁金具采取调换部分配件以隔断磁回路的方法,使运行线路上的金具节能改造更具有可操作性。 Malleable cast ironware produces hysteresis and eddy current loss under alternating current in transmission line. Nonmagnetic steel material is developed by the ways of technical energy saving half-year actual test of contrast test and operation in network for energy saving ironware detected by test & research institute has been proved to be good in energy saving, in order to popularize in transmission line, partial fittings of original malleable cast ironware of operation line is obstructed by magnetic circuit, which made energy saving reconstruction in transmission line has better maneuverability
